Daily Contemplative Prayers
Below are some great tools to help you hear God's voice and recognize his presence, love, and care for you personally in your daily life. WRAP helps you to pray with scripture and hear God's personal message of love for you. ARRR helps you explore your own thoughts, feelings, and desires, relating them to God and building a relationship with him. The Examen helps you to recognize the moments in your day when God was present and also the moments in which you may have overlooked God in your day.
The Rosary
The Rosary is one of the most cherished prayers of our Catholic Church. During its recitation, we meditate on the saving mysteries of our Lord's life and the faithful witness of our Blessed Mother. Journeying through the Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious, and Luminous mysteries of the Rosary, we bring to mind our Lord's incarnation, His passion and death, His resurrection from the dead, and His ascension into glory. In so doing, the Rosary assists us in growing in a deeper appreciation of these mysteries, in uniting our life more closely to our Lord, and in imploring His graced assistance to live the faith. We also ask for the prayers of our Blessed Mother, the exemplar of faith, who leads all believers to her Son.
Liturgy of the Hours
Also known as the Divine Office, the Hours are comprised of a four-week cycle of the psalms, biblical readings and songs, prayers of intercession, blessings, and other readings from spiritual writings, separated into morning, evening, daytime, and night prayer, and an office (collection) of readings. It is the required daily prayer of clergy and many in consecrated religious life, but it is also a rich source of prayer for all the members of the church.
Daily Readings
The Bible is God's "love letter" to us, telling us not only that He loves us, but showing us what He has done to demonstrate His love. It also tells us how we should live, because God knows what is best for us and He wants us to experience it. The Bible is God's Word, given to us so we can know and follow Him.

St. Gregory the Great said, "The Bible is a letter from God." St. Augustine says that "the Bible does nothing but speak of God's love for us." So, in a sense, you could say it's a love letter from God. Deepen your relationship with our Lord, read His love letter to you!
